设计阶段是工程项目的前期阶段，也是整个工程项目的关键环节，直接关系到工程建成后的使用功能和价值。设计阶段的进度控制对实现工程建设进度总目标起着决定性的作用。本文以国家技术转移郑州中心建设工程为研究对象，分析其设计阶段的功能定位、建设规模、建设资金预算及筹措等，为施工进度控制及工程建设总目标的实现奠定一定基础。

Design stage is the early stage of the project,and also is the key link of the whole project.It is directly relat?ed to the function and value of the project after accomplishment. Progress control in design stage plays a decisive role to achieve the objective of project construction progress. Taking National Technology Transfer Zhengzhou Center con?struction project as the research object in this paper,and the function orientation,construction scale,construction budget and financing etc were analyzed,which lies a certain foundation for the construction progress control and the general objective realization of engineering construction.
