目的探索持续封闭负压引流术用于身体骨科创伤的实效性以及应用价值。方法选取2014年2月~2015年1月在我院住院治疗的骨科创伤患者70例作为研究对象，将这70例病例作为基数，把其随机分为两组，分别是实验组以及对照组，每组的患者是30例，对于实验组的患者，采用持续封闭负压引流术，而对照组的患者并没有使用持续封闭负压引流术，而是使用常规的换药联合植皮打包覆盖创面治疗。患者的年龄分布没有非常明显的相关性，即无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论持续封闭负压引流术在身体骨科创伤治疗的过程中，疗效确切并且手术过后的康复效果相对于常规换药联合植皮打包覆盖创面治疗来说更为显著，是一种在治疗身体骨科创伤的过程中更具有安全性能以及可行性的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the continuous vacuum sealing drainage for the ef ectiveness and application value of body trauma department of orthopedics.Methods From 2014 February to 2014 January in the hospital treatment of body of Department of orthopedics trauma in 70 patients as the research object,the 70 cases as the base,which were randomly divided into two groups,namely experimental group and control group,each group were 30 cases,the experimental group patients using continuous vacuum sealing drainage,and the patients in the control group were not using continuous closed negative pressure drainage,but the use of conventional medicine combined with skin graft to cover the wound treatment package.The age distribution of patients with no obvious cor elation,which had no statistical significance ( >0.05).Conclusion Continuous closed negative pressure drainage in the process of body trauma department of orthopedics treatment,the curative ef ect and ef ect of rehabilitation after operation compared to the conventional dressing combined with skin grafting for the package to cover the wound treatment is more obvious,is a process in the treatment of physical trauma department of orthopedics in more safety and feasibility of treatment.
