本文介绍了TRIZ理论,以及人体上肢的自由度,提出了五自由度上肢康复训练器设计方案,分析了大臂屈/伸过程中机械结构重心变化引起的技术难题,运用TRIZ理论的矛盾矩阵进行了求解,设计出了弹性拉力的五自由度上肢康复训练器,并利用有限元分析软件对零件强度进行了校核。

This paper introduced TRIZ theory,the freedom of upper limb of human body,and the design scheme of five DOF upper limb rehabilitation training device.The technical problem caused by the change of the mechanical structure focus during the process of the bending and stretching of the arm was analyzed.The problem was solved by the contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory.A five DOF upper limb rehabilitation training device with elastic tension has been designed.The strength of the parts has been checked by the finite element analysis software.
