目的:探讨心血管外科专业研究生临床实践能力培养方法的重要性。方法回顾2005—2012年在我院心血管外科学习的研究生12名,实行个体化和基于以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)进行研究生教学,对照组为同期学习第一年的住院医师12名,按照传统方法教学。分析比较两组学生的理论成绩与实践能力有无统计学差异。结果通过实行个体化和 PBL 教学法学习的学生在临床综合能力上明显好于传统教学法的学生,而理论成绩两组无显著性差别。结论实行个体化和 PBL 进行研究生教学,对提高研究生临床实践能力效果良好。

Objective To discuss the importance of methods of training cardiovascular surgery graduates in clinical practice ability.Methods We reviewed 12 graduate students who studied in our department between 2005 and 2012.They received individualized and problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode.Another 12 first-year residents studying at the same time period who served as controls were taught with the traditional method.We then compared their theory test scores and practical ability. Results The students who received the individualized and PBL teaching mode significantly outperformed those taught with the traditional teaching method in clinical comprehensive ability.But the two groups did not differ obviously in theory test scores.Conclusion The implementation of individualized and PBL in graduate teaching has a satisfactory effect in improving graduate students'clinical practice ability.
