设计了一种无传感器无刷直流电机的变频控制系统。该系统基于ARM处理器和紧凑型功率器件FSB50450S,采用反电势过零检测法实现无刷电机位置检测。在实现无刷电机的速度环和电流环控制后,将该控制平台用于水泵循环系统,实现水泵的恒速控制和恒压控制模式。试验结果表明,该系统能够满足水泵的控制需求,具有实际应用前景。

A variable-frequency control system was designed for the sensor-less brushless motor. The ARM processor and the compact power device FSB50450S were adopted in this system. The position detection of the brushless motor was based on the B-EMF zero-crossing method. After the speed control module and the current regulator module were achieved, the constant speed control module and the constant pressure control module were researched in the pump circulation system. Experimental results were showed that the control system was satisfied for the pump control, and was with practical application prospect.
