三代汽车轮毂轴承外圈沟道磨床上下料时间较长,延长了机床的加工节拍,在磨削速度不能显著提高的环境下,只能减少非加工时间来提高效率,分析了原上下料存在的不足,详细介绍改进后的上下料结构及使用方法,实践证明改进后的上下料具有良好的稳定性、高效性,减少了机床的加工节拍,能够显著提高机床加工效率。

Since loading/unloading time for third generation automobile hub raceway grinding machine is too long, the cycle time of the machine will be accordingly extended,it can only consider decrease non-processing time to im?prove efficiency when the grinding speed has no other way to be increased. Through analyzing the defects of original loading/unloading system,hereafter this paper takes detailed introduction of structure and usage for improved load?ing/unloading system,its performance of stability and high efficiency after modification has been proved,which de?creases the cycle time as well as obviuosly improves processing efficiency of the machine.
