    肝脏缺血再灌注(hepatic ischemia reperfusion，HIRI)会对肝功能造成严重损伤，尤其是当患有肝硬化时，风险便会加剧。合理剂量的硫化氢(H2S)对大鼠HIRI可起到保护作用。本文通过构建肝硬化大鼠模型，研究了肝硬化大鼠中H2S的作用。

    Hepatic ischemia reperfusion (hepatic ischemia reperfusion, HIRI) can cause serious damage to the liver function, especial y when suf ering from cir hosis of the liver, the risk wil aggravate the. The appropriate dose of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on rat HIRI may play a protective role. This paper builds a model of hepatic cir hosis rats, to study the role of H2S in cir hotic rats.
