对变压器监造工作进行定量分级，可以提高变压器监造质量。针对变压器的监造内容，文章建立了变压器监造项目的指标体系，引入物元模型和可拓分析理论，将各个监造项目指标定量化，提出变压器监造项目评价物元模型。实例结果表明，将可拓物元理论应用于变压器定量监造评价中，评价结果客观合理。根据变压器监造项目类别，将不确定因素量化，构建了变压器监造评估体系，实现了对变压器监造等级的评定，得到影响变压器监造的关键因素，更有利于工程实际中对变压器生产进行科学、有效的监造。

The quantitative classification of transformer supervision can improve its quality.For the contents of trans-former supervision, this paper establishes an index system of transformer supervision, as well as applies matter-ele-ment model and extension analysis theory to quantify the indexes and puts forward the evaluation matter-element model of transformer supervision.Example results show that the extension matter-element theory which is applied to trans-former supervision quantitative evaluation is more reasonable.According to the categories of transformer supervision, this paper quantifies the uncertainty and builds the evaluation system of transformer supervision.It realizes the evalua-tion of transformer supervision rate and gets the key factors which influence the transformer supervision.This evalua-tion system is conducive to guide the transformer supervision to be more scientific and effective.
