目的:了解我院普外科病原菌的菌种构成及对抗菌药物的耐药性,为预防性应用抗菌药物和术后抗感染治疗提供依据。方法采用 ATB Expression 自动细菌培养鉴定仪及配套板条对普外科分离的菌株进行鉴定及药敏试验,用 WHONET 5.6软件进行统计学分析。结果普外科分离病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占83.3%。前四位病原菌依次是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。大肠埃希菌对一些常用抗菌药物如头孢菌素有一定的耐药性,对第三代头孢菌素和第Ⅱ代头孢菌素的耐药率也在47.2%-77.5%之间。葡萄球菌对青霉素和红霉素等表现出较高的耐药性,但对万古霉素仍然非常敏感。结论普外科的病原菌构成以革兰阴性杆菌占主导地位,临床在抗感染治疗时应根据药敏试验合理应用并及时调整抗菌药物。

목적:료해아원보외과병원균적균충구성급대항균약물적내약성,위예방성응용항균약물화술후항감염치료제공의거。방법채용 ATB Expression 자동세균배양감정의급배투판조대보외과분리적균주진행감정급약민시험,용 WHONET 5.6연건진행통계학분석。결과보외과분리병원균이혁란음성간균위주,점83.3%。전사위병원균의차시대장애희균、폐염극뢰백균、동록가단포균화금황색포도구균。대장애희균대일사상용항균약물여두포균소유일정적내약성,대제삼대두포균소화제Ⅱ대두포균소적내약솔야재47.2%-77.5%지간。포도구균대청매소화홍매소등표현출교고적내약성,단대만고매소잉연비상민감。결론보외과적병원균구성이혁란음성간균점주도지위,림상재항감염치료시응근거약민시험합리응용병급시조정항균약물。
Objective To analyze the pathogens distribution and drug resistance in general surgical department,so as to guide the rational use of antibiotics.Methods Strain the clinical isolates of pathogens in general surgical department and studied the drug susceptibility with ATB Expression,and the statistical analysis was performed with WHONET 5.6.Results The pathogens in general surgical department were gram-negative bacteria(83.3%),The Escherichia.co-li,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Pseudomonas asruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were the top four species of pathogens. Escherichia.coli showed high resistance to some common antibiotics such as cephalosporin,the drug resistance rates to the third and second generation cephalosporin ranged 47.2%-77.5%.Staphylococcus showed high resistance to eryth-romycin and penicillin,but still very sensitive to vancomycin.Conclusion The most common pathogens are gram-nega-tive bacteria in general surgical department.It is necessary for the hospital to perform the symptomatic treatment based on the drug susceptibility testing.
