目的:分析呼吸道分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性之间的关系。方法采用 K-B 法测定鲍曼不动杆菌对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,用改良微量板法检测菌株生物被膜形成时间及能力。结果呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药形势严峻。53.93%的鲍曼不动杆菌可形成生物被膜,生物被膜形成阴性株对多数抗生素的耐药率高于生物被膜形成阳性株。结论呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性呈负相关。
目的:分析呼吸道分離鮑曼不動桿菌生物被膜形成能力與耐藥性之間的關繫。方法採用 K-B 法測定鮑曼不動桿菌對14種抗菌藥物的敏感性,用改良微量闆法檢測菌株生物被膜形成時間及能力。結果呼吸道分離的鮑曼不動桿菌耐藥形勢嚴峻。53.93%的鮑曼不動桿菌可形成生物被膜,生物被膜形成陰性株對多數抗生素的耐藥率高于生物被膜形成暘性株。結論呼吸道分離的鮑曼不動桿菌生物被膜形成能力與耐藥性呈負相關。
목적:분석호흡도분리포만불동간균생물피막형성능력여내약성지간적관계。방법채용 K-B 법측정포만불동간균대14충항균약물적민감성,용개량미량판법검측균주생물피막형성시간급능력。결과호흡도분리적포만불동간균내약형세엄준。53.93%적포만불동간균가형성생물피막,생물피막형성음성주대다수항생소적내약솔고우생물피막형성양성주。결론호흡도분리적포만불동간균생물피막형성능력여내약성정부상관。
Objective To examine the correlation between antibiotic resistance and biofilm formation ability among Acinetobacter baumannii separated from respiratory tract.Methods The K-B method was applied to test drug sensitivi-ty of all strains.The crystal-violet staining method was applied to estimate the biofilm formation process and ability.Re-sults The A.baumannii strains isolated from respiratory tract were highly resistant.Marjory of A.baumannii strains formed biofilm in vitro.Non-biofilm-forming strains were more frequently resistant to some antibiotics than their bio-film-forming counterparts.Conclusion A.baumannii respiratory isolates had a inverse correlation between antibiotic resistance and the biofilms formation capability.
