目的探讨抚触对0~12个月孤残儿童生长发育的影响。方法80例孤残儿童随机分为两组，抚触组采用抚触护理，对照组采用一般的沐浴，干预前和干预后1个月、2个月、3个月后对两组的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析。结果两组1个月、2个月、3个月后的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析较干预前高(<0.05)抚触组1个月、2个月、3个月后的体重、身长、头围、胸围统计分析均高于对照组(<0.05)。结论0~12个月孤残儿童的抚触对生长发育有着积极的影响，值得推广。
목적탐토무촉대0~12개월고잔인동생장발육적영향。방법80례고잔인동수궤분위량조，무촉조채용무촉호리，대조조채용일반적목욕，간예전화간예후1개월、2개월、3개월후대량조적체중、신장、두위、흉위통계분석。결과량조1개월、2개월、3개월후적체중、신장、두위、흉위통계분석교간예전고(<0.05)무촉조1개월、2개월、3개월후적체중、신장、두위、흉위통계분석균고우대조조(<0.05)。결론0~12개월고잔인동적무촉대생장발육유착적겁적영향，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the touch on a scale of 0~12 months gu incomplete children's growth and development. Methods 80 cases of gu incomplete children were randomly divided into two groups, touch group adopts touch care, bath of the control group with general, intervention before and after intervention in 1 month, 2 months, 3 months for two groups of body weight, body length, head circumference, chest circumference, statistical analysis. Results Two groups of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after the body weight, body length, head circumference, chest circumference statistical analysis high ( <0.05), compared with before touch group 1 month, 2 months, 3 months after the body weight, body length, head circumference, chest circumference, statistical analysis were higher than control group ( <0.05). Conclusion 0~12 months the touch of gu incomplete children have a positive impact on growth and development, is worth promoting.
