通过纸间发芽试验,探讨了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)对荞麦种子发芽的影响.结果表明:低浓度的Cd2+溶液对荞麦种子发芽具有一定的促进作用.当Cd2+浓度为1.0 mg/L时,荞麦种子的发芽势显著高于对照;发芽率、根长和芽长指标均高于对照,差异达到了极显著水平;发芽指数显著高于对照;活力指数也高于对照,但差异未达到显著水平.随着Cd2+处理浓度的增加,发芽势、发芽率、根长、芽长、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势.
通過紙間髮芽試驗,探討瞭不同濃度的鎘(Cd2+)對蕎麥種子髮芽的影響.結果錶明:低濃度的Cd2+溶液對蕎麥種子髮芽具有一定的促進作用.噹Cd2+濃度為1.0 mg/L時,蕎麥種子的髮芽勢顯著高于對照;髮芽率、根長和芽長指標均高于對照,差異達到瞭極顯著水平;髮芽指數顯著高于對照;活力指數也高于對照,但差異未達到顯著水平.隨著Cd2+處理濃度的增加,髮芽勢、髮芽率、根長、芽長、髮芽指數和活力指數均呈下降趨勢.
통과지간발아시험,탐토료불동농도적력(Cd2+)대교맥충자발아적영향.결과표명:저농도적Cd2+용액대교맥충자발아구유일정적촉진작용.당Cd2+농도위1.0 mg/L시,교맥충자적발아세현저고우대조;발아솔、근장화아장지표균고우대조,차이체도료겁현저수평;발아지수현저고우대조;활력지수야고우대조,단차이미체도현저수평.수착Cd2+처리농도적증가,발아세、발아솔、근장、아장、발아지수화활력지수균정하강추세.
Through paper-germination test,the effects of Cd2+in different concentration on the germination of:Buck-wheat are studied. It shows that low concentration of Cd2 +solution of Buckwheat seed has certain simulative effect. When Cd2+concentration 1.0 mg/L, the seeds Buckwheat germinate was significantly higher than control group. Root and shoot length, and germination reached extremely significant difference between with control group. Germination index significantly higher than control group and comparison with high index of vigor. But the vigor index not signifi-cant differences. With the increase of the concentration of Cd2, germination rate, root, sprout, germination index and vigor index declined.
