With the rapid development of economic construction in our country and megalopolis constantly emerging, Guangzhou promote low-carbon development comprehensively, it plans to built as an ecological city. It becomes a new issue that how to avoid the common problems of large cities, and how to build a new kind of large city which is environmental friendly and has lower resource consumption.
