目的探讨心房颤动(包括阵发性、持续性)合并右束支传导阻滞心电图诊断及治疗体会。方法研究对象为2010~2014年来我院门诊及住院患者有心房颤动合并右束支传导阻滞的患者30例进行回顾分析。结果30例心房颤动合并右束支传导阻滞的患者就诊时都有胸闷，心慌，气短。心电图示院P波消失，代之大小不等，形态各异的“f”波，R~R间期不匀齐，心室率在100~150次/min。 R波终末部增宽，V1导联形态呈rsR'/或“M”型，时限大于0.12。结论心房颤动合并右束支传导阻滞与患者的基础疾病，年龄有关，部分病例见于健康人群。
목적탐토심방전동(포괄진발성、지속성)합병우속지전도조체심전도진단급치료체회。방법연구대상위2010~2014년래아원문진급주원환자유심방전동합병우속지전도조체적환자30례진행회고분석。결과30례심방전동합병우속지전도조체적환자취진시도유흉민，심황，기단。심전도시원P파소실，대지대소불등，형태각이적“f”파，R~R간기불균제，심실솔재100~150차/min。 R파종말부증관，V1도련형태정rsR'/혹“M”형，시한대우0.12。결론심방전동합병우속지전도조체여환자적기출질병，년령유관，부분병례견우건강인군。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibril ation (including paroxysmal and persistent) combined with right bundle branch block for ECG. Methods 30 patients with atrial fibril ation combined with right bundle branch block were retrospectively analyzed in 2010 ~2014. Results 30 cases with right bundle branch block in patients with atrial fibril ation have chest tightness, palpitation, shortness of breath. Electrocardiogram is shown:P wave disappeared, replaced ranging in size, dif erent forms of F wave, R-R interval is not uniform, ventricular rate 100 to 150 beats/min between. R wave to the end of the increased width part, V1 shape is rsR'/or"m"type. The time limit is greater than 0.12. Conclusion Atrial fibril ation in patients with right bundle branch block with the patient's underlying disease, age related, and in some cases seen in healthy people.
