目的：在医师多点执业推行效果不佳的情况下，为医师多点执业的全面开展提供政策上的建议。方法：在介绍医师多点执业推行现状的基础上，采用 SWOT 分析法深入分析推行医师多点执业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结论：医师多点执业的推行仍存在很多问题，应通过完善医师信息系统、改革医疗人员编制、健全法律法规等对策保证医师多点执业更好地开展和实施。

Objective Provide advice on policy for the implementation of physicians’multi -sited practice under the circumstance of the ineffective implementation.Methods On the basis of the introduction about the current situation,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the implementation of physicians’multi -sited practice by using the SWOT analy-sis method.Conclusion There are still a lot of problems waiting to be solved about the implementation of physicians’multi -sited practice.In order to ensure the program can better conduct and implement,we could perfection physician information system,reform the establishment of medical staff,improve laws and regulations,etc.
