Fuzheng Qingfei Huatan Decoction%senile pneumonia%C-reactive protein
目的：探析扶正清肺化痰方在老年肺炎临床治疗中的应用效果及临床价值。方法：选择我院2011年7月至2014年7月期间所收治90例肺炎住院老年患者作为研究对象，分为两组。对照组采取常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组西药治疗基础上结合扶正清肺化痰方进行治疗。比较两组临床症状好转所用时间、治疗前后C－反应蛋白水平、治疗有效率。结果：观察组治疗有效率达100．00％（45／45），显著高于对照组的77．78％（35／45），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组体温正常时间、黄痰转白痰时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。两组治疗前C－反应蛋白水平差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；经治疗后，观察组C－反应蛋白降低为（5．91±3．95）mg? L－1，明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：扶正清肺化痰方结合西药治疗老年肺炎可使患者临床症状更快缓解，消退炎症反应，提高治疗有效率，与单纯西医治疗相比有一定优势。

목적：탐석부정청폐화담방재노년폐염림상치료중적응용효과급림상개치。방법：선택아원2011년7월지2014년7월기간소수치90례폐염주원노년환자작위연구대상，분위량조。대조조채취상규서약치료，관찰조재대조조서약치료기출상결합부정청폐화담방진행치료。비교량조림상증상호전소용시간、치료전후C－반응단백수평、치료유효솔。결과：관찰조치료유효솔체100．00％（45／45），현저고우대조조적77．78％（35／45），차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。관찰조체온정상시간、황담전백담시간균현저단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。량조치료전C－반응단백수평차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；경치료후，관찰조C－반응단백강저위（5．91±3．95）mg? L－1，명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：부정청폐화담방결합서약치료노년폐염가사환자림상증상경쾌완해，소퇴염증반응，제고치료유효솔，여단순서의치료상비유일정우세。
Objective: To observe the effect of Fuzheng Qingfei Huatan Decoction on senile pneumonia. Methods:The 90 senile pneumonia patients were randomized into treatment group of 45 cases and control group of 45 cases.The treatment group was given antibiotics with Chinese medicine, while the control group was given antibiotics only.The effect was evaluated with the indices of clinical symptoms( the time required for lowering body temperature to normal,the time required for yellow phlegm into white sputum,the time required for the white blood cell count decreased to normal level) ,lab tests of C-reactive protein( CRP) level.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%and which of the control group was 77.78%,with significant difference between two groups( P<0.05) .In relieving the symptoms, the time required for lowering body temperature to normal,the time required for yellow phlegm into white sputum in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups ( P<0.05 ) .But there was no significant difference in the time required for the white blood cell count decreased to normal level between the two groups.Before treatment, the CRP level between the two groups had no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05 ) , after the treatment, the CRP level in the treatment group decreased significantly than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion: The Fuzheng Qingfei Huatan Decoction is effective.
