目的：观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐对脑梗塞患者的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的脑梗塞患者80例随机分成治疗组和对照组，各40例，治疗组予丹参多酚酸盐注射液100 mg，对照组予舒血宁注射液10 mL，两组药物均加入5%葡萄糖注射液150 mL，2次/d，静脉滴注；同时予相应的对症治疗如降压、降糖等治疗，两组疗程为2周。结果治疗组患者神经功能损缺评分减少明显多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白及凝血常规复查结果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用丹参多酚酸盐，能够改善脑梗塞患者症状，促进脑部血管循环，是临床中治疗脑梗塞的优秀药物。
목적：관찰주사용단삼다분산염대뇌경새환자적료효。방법장부합진단표준적뇌경새환자80례수궤분성치료조화대조조，각40례，치료조여단삼다분산염주사액100 mg，대조조여서혈저주사액10 mL，량조약물균가입5%포도당주사액150 mL，2차/d，정맥적주；동시여상응적대증치료여강압、강당등치료，량조료정위2주。결과치료조환자신경공능손결평분감소명현다우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료조감유삼지、저밀도지단백급응혈상규복사결과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용단삼다분산염，능구개선뇌경새환자증상，촉진뇌부혈관순배，시림상중치료뇌경새적우수약물。
ObjectiveTo observe the injection salvianolate effect for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods80 patients with cerebral infarction patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients in each treatment group was treated salvianolate injection 100mg, the control group was given Shuxuening injection 10ml, two drugs were added 5 % glucose injection 150ml, 2 times a day intravenously; while I appropriate symptomatic treatment such as blood pressure, blood glucose and other treatment, two courses for two weeks.ResultsThe patients treated nerve function loss of the missing score decreased significantly more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, and review the results of conventional coagulation than the control group, the difference there was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionSalvianolate, can improve symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction, cerebral vascular promote circulation, is in excellent clinical drug treatment of cerebral infarction.
