设计一个新型移动分布式公共自行车自助借还系统，从系统总体设计出发，阐述了系统的原理和实现的方法。以Android APP和GPS定位为基础，提取车辆状态信息以及GPS位置。结合Tomcat网络服务器，处理所有数据并推送至移动客户端。使用该系统，移动设备实时显示自行车位置信息、借还车信息，双方借还意愿达成后，通过扫描二维码的方式分布式地完成车辆借还手续。整个系统的操作过程简单、方便、省时。

The purpose of this paper is to design a new type of mobile distributed public bicycle self-service system.Start-ing from the overal design of the system,describes the system principle and realization method.With Android APP and GPS based positioning,the extraction of the vehicle state information and GPS location.Combined with the Tomcat web server,al data processing and pushed to the mobile client. Using this system,the mobile device location information,real-time display of bicycle borrowed car information,the two sides wil borrow also reached,through distributed scan two-dimensional code way to completevehicle borrow procedures.The operation process of the whole system is simple,convenient,time-saving.
