目的探讨老年人脊椎骨折特点及多层螺旋CT后处理技术在脊柱骨折中的应用价值。方法对43例老年脊椎骨折患者椎体进行容积重建(VR)，最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)，并结合0.625 mm薄层轴位图像观察。结果多层螺旋CT重建成像技术能清晰、直观显示骨折部位、椎体骨折内部情况及周围空间结构关系。结论老年人因骨质疏松极易发生脊椎骨折，多层螺旋CT重建技术可对脊椎骨折诊断及治疗提供重要信息。

목적탐토노년인척추골절특점급다층라선CT후처리기술재척주골절중적응용개치。방법대43례노년척추골절환자추체진행용적중건(VR)，최대밀도투영(MIP)급다평면중건(MPR)，병결합0.625 mm박층축위도상관찰。결과다층라선CT중건성상기술능청석、직관현시골절부위、추체골절내부정황급주위공간결구관계。결론노년인인골질소송겁역발생척추골절，다층라선CT중건기술가대척추골절진단급치료제공중요신식。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of senile vertebral fractures and the application value of multi-slice spiral CT technique in fracture of spine.Methods The volume reconstruction of 43 cases of elderly patients with spinal fracture(VR),the maximum intensity projection(MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR), combined with 0.625mm thin axial image observation. Results Multislice spiral CT imaging can clearly display the fracture site,inside and around the spatial structure of cone fracture. Conclusion Old people with osteoporosis prone spine fractures, multislice spiral CT technology can provide important information for the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral fractures.
