目的探讨ICU气管插管清醒患者的心理问题，制定相应的护理干预。方法通过对68例清醒患者携带气管插管的心理问题进行护理干预。结果68例患者(除3例病情危重死亡之外)其余65例均成功脱机，并按正常程序顺利成功拔管。结论针对气管插管患者插管期间的心理问题，制定并实施相应的护理干预，减少了非计划性拔管率，提高疾病治愈率。

목적탐토ICU기관삽관청성환자적심리문제，제정상응적호리간예。방법통과대68례청성환자휴대기관삽관적심리문제진행호리간예。결과68례환자(제3례병정위중사망지외)기여65례균성공탈궤，병안정상정서순리성공발관。결론침대기관삽관환자삽관기간적심리문제，제정병실시상응적호리간예，감소료비계화성발관솔，제고질병치유솔。
Objective To investigate the ICU tracheal intubation in awake patients with psychological problems, formulate the cor esponding nursing interventions. Methods 68 cases of patients with tracheal intubation in awake patients car ying the psychological problems and nursing intervention. Results 68 cases ( except for 3 cases of critical y il death outside ) the remaining 65 cases were successful y weaning, and according to the normal procedure successful extubation. Conclusion In patients undergoing tracheal intubation during intubation of psychological problems, formulate and implement the cor esponding nursing intervention, reduce the unplanned extubation rate, improve the cure rate.
