目的：：对基于集体抗癌社会工作组织开展的，对肿瘤患者进行集中肿瘤康复健康教育模式效果进行评价。方法：对2013年度参加培训的255名肿瘤患者在培训结束后进行问卷调查，并进行统计分析。结果：肿瘤患者参加培训前后在对疾病的科学认知、减少过度治疗、增强战胜癌症的信心、树立正确康复心态、纠正不良生活习惯等多方面均有不同程度的提高，经统计学检验均有显著性差异。结论：基于集体抗癌社会工作组织的肿瘤康复健康教育模式是一种高效的、值得推广的健康教育模式。

Objective: To evaluate effects of cancer rehabilitation health education model based on collective anticancer social work organization for cancer patients. Methods: 255 cancer patients participated in the training of 2013 were surveyed with a question-naire after the training, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The scientific knowledge of the disease, reducing over-treatment, enhancing the confidence to overcome cancer, establishing the correct rehabilitation attitude, and correcting bad habits and other aspects after the training were improved to varying degrees compared with those before the training, and the differences were sta-tistically significant. Conclusions: The cancer rehabilitation health education model based on collective anticancer social work organi-zation is an efficient health education model and worthy to be popularized.
