精神分裂症是临床较为常见的精神疾病，其病程长、易复发，严重影响患者的生存质量。单纯依靠药物治疗虽然可以取得一定的临床疗效，但不能达到理想的预期目标，可能与患者认知、治疗依从性等有关。有效的护理干预可明显提高精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性，对于促进患者病情的改善具有重要的意义。本文就临床精神分裂症的护理研究进展进行综述。

Schizophrenia is a more common clinical disease with a long course and a high recurrence rate, thereby seriously af-fecting life quality of the patients. Single drug treatment is possible to obtain a certain clinical curative effects, but can't achieve the long-term care goals, which may be associated with patients' cognitive, treatment adherence and the like. Effective nursing interven-tion can obviously improve the treatment compliance of the patients with schizophrenia and is vitally significant in the improvement of the patient conditions. This study reviewed the research progress of clinical nursing of the patients with schizophrenia.
