目的:探讨行之有效的社区应急救护培训模式,为社区应急救护培训开展提供依据。方法采用自愿原则在广州市农林社区选择居民200名,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组先应用我院自主研发的动画网络互动平台自行学习1周后,再进行8学时传统面授培训;对照组仅接受16学时传统面授进行培训,对2组培训前后急救知识知晓情况进行对比分析,研究动画网络互动平台在社区应急救护培训中的效果。结果2种培训方式均能有效改善居民的应急救护知识知晓率,更多社区居民将“采取急救措施”作为遇到紧急情况时的首选行为,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在社区应急救护培训中应用动画网络互动平台学习能提高培训效果,缩短面授培训的学时,适合在社区推广。

Objective To explore an effective training mode for community first-aid training, and provide the basis for first-aid training in community. Methods Two hundred volunteers from Nonglin community in Guangzhou were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Volunteers of experimental group studied online first-aid course by themselves for a week before they received face-to-face first-aid training for 8 hours, while those in control group only studied the knowledge for 16 hours by face-to-face training. Then, we analyzed the efficacy of online first-aid course in community training before and after training. Results Both of the training methods benefited the improvement of first-aid awareness rate of residents and more community residents would take first-aid measures as the first choice once encountering emergency. Statistical analysis revealed that residents in experimental group performed better than those in control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Online first-aid course could improve the training effects and shorten the face-to-face training hours consequently it could be widely applied in training in community.
