在实际钻井过程中,为解决钻柱共振这一问题,首先用 ANSYS 软件建立钻柱纵向振动有限元模型,并对所建模型进行模态分析,得出钻柱纵向振动的固有频率和其与钻柱长度的关系。然后对所建模型进行谐响应分析,在钻头处分别施加1、5、10kN 的周期作用力来模拟钻压,得到了在钻头处的振动谱线、振动幅度和固有频率与钻压之间的关系。利用所得数据,可以通过调节钻机转速来避开共振频率,达到减小或避免钻柱纵向共振的目的。

재실제찬정과정중,위해결찬주공진저일문제,수선용 ANSYS 연건건립찬주종향진동유한원모형,병대소건모형진행모태분석,득출찬주종향진동적고유빈솔화기여찬주장도적관계。연후대소건모형진행해향응분석,재찬두처분별시가1、5、10kN 적주기작용력래모의찬압,득도료재찬두처적진동보선、진동폭도화고유빈솔여찬압지간적관계。이용소득수거,가이통과조절찬궤전속래피개공진빈솔,체도감소혹피면찬주종향공진적목적。
For the purpose of eradicating the drill string’s longitudinal resonance vibration in the operation, the ANSYS software was adopted to establish finite element model of the longitudinal vibration and its modal a-nalysis was carried out to get natural frequency of the drill string’s longitudinal vibration and the relationship between its natural frequency and the drill string’s length.Through harmonic response analysis of the model established and exerting a periodic force of 1 kN,5kN and 10kN on simulating the drilling pressure,the vibra-tion spectrum at the drill bit and the relationship among the vibration amplitude,natural frequency and the drilling pressure were obtained;and making use of the data obtained can adjust the drill speed to avoid reso-nance frequency so that the purpose of reducing or avoiding the drill string’s longitudinal resonance vibration can be realized.
