随着我国高职教育改革不断深化，以就业为导向已成为职业教育的主旋律。就业为导向内在要求把实践教学放在核心位置。高职思想政治理论课实践教学如何有效开展，一直以来是困绕高职思想政治教育教学的难题之一，如何从学生的实际出发，贴近实际、贴近专业、贴近学生，来进行实践教学体系的构建，真正为学生释疑解惑、排忧解难，使思政理论教学落地生根，在用科学理论武装头脑的同时，帮助他们解决专业学习、生活就业中的实际问题，提高思政理论课的亲合力，从而在整体上提升思政理论课教育教学效果。根据高等职业教育特点，以就业为导向来进行思政理论课实践教学体系的构建应是解决这一难题的有效途径之一。

With the depth of educational reform in high vocatioanl colleges of our country, taking employments as a direction has become the main theme of vocational education.The inner demands of the oriention put practical teaching in the core position.How to carry out the practical teaching of indeological and political course in higher vocational colleges has always been a puzzle, how to proceed from students’ reality, be close to the reality, majors and students, in order to help students to solve questions.The constrution of practical teaching can help students armed brains by scientific theory, and in the meanwhile, help them solve the real problems in study and living.According to features of higher vocational education, the construction of practical teaching is a effective way to solve the diffi-culty.
