针对某混合机转速控制系统的振荡和超调现象,基于工控机、PLC 和变频器设计混合机旋转变频自控系统,并在 GX Developer 软件平台上设计旋转方向、速度、转矩的控制与显示流程。实际运行结果表明:优化设计后的转速系统运行效果在10r/min 的设定值上,再未出现超调、衰减、发散和频繁振荡现象;而且其他转速设定值的控制品质也有同样良好的控制效果。
針對某混閤機轉速控製繫統的振盪和超調現象,基于工控機、PLC 和變頻器設計混閤機鏇轉變頻自控繫統,併在 GX Developer 軟件平檯上設計鏇轉方嚮、速度、轉矩的控製與顯示流程。實際運行結果錶明:優化設計後的轉速繫統運行效果在10r/min 的設定值上,再未齣現超調、衰減、髮散和頻繁振盪現象;而且其他轉速設定值的控製品質也有同樣良好的控製效果。
침대모혼합궤전속공제계통적진탕화초조현상,기우공공궤、PLC 화변빈기설계혼합궤선전변빈자공계통,병재 GX Developer 연건평태상설계선전방향、속도、전구적공제여현시류정。실제운행결과표명:우화설계후적전속계통운행효과재10r/min 적설정치상,재미출현초조、쇠감、발산화빈번진탕현상;이차기타전속설정치적공제품질야유동양량호적공제효과。
Considering the vibration and overshoot which bothering the control system of a mixing equipment, the IPC,PLC and frequency converter-based auto-control system for the mixing equipment which rotating at variable frequencies was designed and designing the control over rotation direction,speed and torque and dis-play flow was realized on the GXDeveloper platform.The operation results show that this optimized speed sys-tem can work at 10r /min along with good control effect and free from overshoot,attenuation,divergence and frequent oscillation.
