研究了常化温度和退火温度对冷轧无取向硅钢的显微组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,常化温度升高,铁损呈先降低后升高的趋势,磁感应强度波动程度小。退火温度升高,铁损逐步降低,磁感应强度同样波动程度小。在常化1000℃-1050℃+退火925℃-1025℃下能获得最佳磁性能,最佳磁性能P1.5/50=2.5W/kg-2.9W/kg、磁感B50=1.74-1.76T。
研究瞭常化溫度和退火溫度對冷軋無取嚮硅鋼的顯微組織和磁性能的影響。結果錶明,常化溫度升高,鐵損呈先降低後升高的趨勢,磁感應彊度波動程度小。退火溫度升高,鐵損逐步降低,磁感應彊度同樣波動程度小。在常化1000℃-1050℃+退火925℃-1025℃下能穫得最佳磁性能,最佳磁性能P1.5/50=2.5W/kg-2.9W/kg、磁感B50=1.74-1.76T。
연구료상화온도화퇴화온도대랭알무취향규강적현미조직화자성능적영향。결과표명,상화온도승고,철손정선강저후승고적추세,자감응강도파동정도소。퇴화온도승고,철손축보강저,자감응강도동양파동정도소。재상화1000℃-1050℃+퇴화925℃-1025℃하능획득최가자성능,최가자성능P1.5/50=2.5W/kg-2.9W/kg、자감B50=1.74-1.76T。
The effect of normalizing temperature and annealing temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties of the cold -rolled non -oriented silicon steel sheets was studied.The results showed that the iron loss decreased firstly and then increased and the intensity of magnetization had a small fluctuation with the increasing of normalizing temperature.The iron loss decreased and the inten-sity of magnetization also had a small fluctuation with the increasing of annealing temperature.The best magnetic properties was achieved with the normalizing temperature is 1000~1050℃and the annealing temperature is 925~1025℃, the P1.5/50 =2.5~2.9 W/kg and the B50 =1.74T-1.76T.
