公正合理的利益分配是校企合作创新的基础，是创新实现的重要保障。将中介机构作为校企合作创新收益分配的主体之一，通过时间贴现因子使得不同时期的收益具有可比性，在考虑投入、风险、贡献、溢出效应等因素的基础上，基于合作联盟成员的满意度，利用多维度Nash协商模型进行高校、企业、中介机构三者之间的利益分配，并举例验证该方法的可行性与合理性。

Fair and reasonable interests distribution is the foundation of university-industry cooperative innovation,and the guarantee to achieve the goal. This paper takes intermediary agencies as one of the main member of the income distribu-tion,makes the benefits of different periods comparable through importing time factor,uses multi-dimensional Nash nego-tiation model to distribute profit based on factors such as investment,risk,contribution,and overflow effect. On the basis of the satisfaction degree of alliance members,the paper gives an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of this method.
