项目组织是一类典型的复杂适应系统,从“五流”视角出发,结合系统理论,对大型复杂工程项目组织系统进行界定和结构解析,并分析“五流”子系统协同演化特征。在此基础上,运用协同学原理,构建基于“五流”的大型复杂工程项目组织系统协同演化模型,仿真分析利益协同能力和流程协同能力作为序参量的“五流”子系统协同演化过程。结果表明:大型复杂工程项目组织系统的稳定有序有赖于“五流”子系统的协同运作,两者具有同一性。该模型能够有效地从微观层面揭示大型复杂工程项目组织协同演化机理和内在规律,为进一步研究大型复杂工程项目组织协同度模型奠定基础。

Project organization is a kind of typical complex adaptive system.Combining with the system theories,this pa-per has carried on the definition and the structure analysis on the large complex project organization systems and analyzed the “five flows”subsystem's co-evolution characteristics from the “five flows”perspective.On this basis,using the prin-ciple of synergies,we build the co-evolution model of the large complex engineering project based on the “five flows”, and analyze the co-evolution process of the “five flows”subsystems with the interests coordination ability and the process coordination ability as the order parameters.The consequence shows that the stability of the large complex engineering pro-ject organization system depends on the collaborative operation of the “five flows”subsystems and identity is presented be-tween them.This model can reveal the co-evolution mechanism and the inherent law of the large complex engineering pro-ject organization effectively from the micro level,and establish a solid foundation for further study of the coordination degree model of the large complex engineering project organization and for the promotion strategies of the organization coordination degree.
