The poor college students in employment population belong to vulnerable groups, their employment problems should be pay special attention to the social people from all walks of life, their employment problem also is not optimistic. This article from the perspective of resilience, the employment of poor college students' mentality, tries to analyze the psychology of poor university students, and puts forward some suggestions for them, help them to obtain employment crisis consciousness into positive employment psychology.
