教学发展是高校教师发展的核心和基础，国家已将高校教师教学发展中心建设作为高校内涵发展的重要举措之一。新建本科院校的“新建性”决定了其建设教学发展中心、推动教师教学发展的迫切性。建设教师教学发展中心需遵循教学学术性原则、实践性原则、研究性原则、服务性原则和健全性原则。
教學髮展是高校教師髮展的覈心和基礎，國傢已將高校教師教學髮展中心建設作為高校內涵髮展的重要舉措之一。新建本科院校的“新建性”決定瞭其建設教學髮展中心、推動教師教學髮展的迫切性。建設教師教學髮展中心需遵循教學學術性原則、實踐性原則、研究性原則、服務性原則和健全性原則。

Teaching development is the core of the faculty development and the central government has made the construction of the center for teaching development of university teachers one of the critical measures in developing the connotation of colleges and universities. It is urgent for newly-established universities to build the center for faculty and teaching development and promote the teaching abilities of teachers. The con-struction of the center for teaching development should abide by such principles as being academic in teach-ing, being feasible, being research-oriented, being service-oriented, and being integrated.
