随着地区海关的建立以及新疆边贸的良好发展态势,对于应用型国贸人才的需求越来越大.本文试图建立一种新的国际贸易专业人才培养方案,面向中亚地区的贸易需求,培养精通俄、英两种外语能力以及国际贸易专业技能的创新型人才,更直接地向社会输送高端贸易人才,实现高校教育与社会需求的紧密结合,达到共赢的状态.

With the establishment of the regional customs and the good development trend of border trade in Xinjiang, there is an increasing demand for applicable international trade talents. This paper tries to establish a new international trade pro-fessional talent training scheme, to cultivate proficient in Russian and English language ability as well as the international trade professional skills of creative talents, more directly conveying high-end trade talents to the society. The ultimate reali-zation of the close combination of education and social demand to achieve a win-win state.
