This paper analyzes the status quo of teaching basic computer application courses in higher vocational colleges, combined with the characteristics of the MOOC, analyzing the current development, promising to explore computer applic-ations MOOC important implications for curriculum reform of basic vocational, and from the perspective of blended learning both studies combined with the teacher incentive mechanism of learning evaluation system.
