知识时代背景下,人才的流动对促进人力资源的合理配置具有重要的作用,而且还有助于实现个人价值的最大化.传媒人才的流动过程需要成本,但是通过人才流动也可以产生效益.本文通过对传媒人才流动的成本与效益的对比进行模型构建,进而提出完善传媒人才流动的合理建议.
