独立学院的大学英语教学因为独立学院本身办学方向与公办高校的差异,对于英语教师的要求也有所不同.本文以问卷调查的形式,对来自两所独立学院公共英语教学部门的三十位大学英语教师进行信息采集,从学生水平,教学方法和师资队伍结构三方面分析独立学院大学英语教学目前面临的问题以及可行的解决方法.

According to the different orientations of education between public universities and private independent colleges, it required diversely to independent college English teachers. In this paper, the researcher investigated 30 college English teachers who came from two independent colleges to analyze the current situations of independent college English teaching by means of questionnaire. Three main problems ranging from learners' proficiency level, teaching methods and faculty structure will be discussed. And the solution will be provided in the end of the paper.
