以年产20万 t/ a 合成气制乙二醇装置为例,采用夹点技术确定原换热网络的最优最小传热温差,在此最小传热温差下,从局部到整体分析比较乙二醇装置以及其各组成单元的用能情况,提出了优化原换热网络的方案,结果表明:循环水节省51%,中压蒸汽节省19%,低压蒸汽节省90%,节能效果显著,并对乙二醇装置进一步节能提出了相关技术改进的建议。
以年產20萬 t/ a 閤成氣製乙二醇裝置為例,採用夾點技術確定原換熱網絡的最優最小傳熱溫差,在此最小傳熱溫差下,從跼部到整體分析比較乙二醇裝置以及其各組成單元的用能情況,提齣瞭優化原換熱網絡的方案,結果錶明:循環水節省51%,中壓蒸汽節省19%,低壓蒸汽節省90%,節能效果顯著,併對乙二醇裝置進一步節能提齣瞭相關技術改進的建議。

The pinch technology was employed to determine the optimum and minimum heat transfer temperature difference of the heat exchanger net-works in the 200 kt/ a coal to ethylene glycol plant. At the minimum heat transfer temperature difference, energy consumption analysis of the ethylene gly-col plant was performed from part to whole, and optimization schemes of the heat exchanger network were put forward. The results indicated that remarka-ble energy-saving could be realized, 51% of circulating water, 19% of middle pressure steam, and 90% of low pressure steam were saved. Furthermore, suggestions for further energy-saving were provided.
