针对 RS 232串口通信在科氏粉料流量测控系统中的通信速率低、连接不可靠的应用限制,设计了基于 USB通信的测控系统。基于STM32硬件平台和μC/OS II操作系统平台,完成了测控系统底层 USB通信设计;采用 C#编程语言,完成测控系统上层 USB通信设计。实际结果表明,基于 USB通信的测控系统通信设计能够有效提高测控系统数据传输的可靠性、实时性及连接可靠性。

Aiming at the application shortcomings of low communication rate and unreliable connection of RS-232 used in coriolis powder flow measure&control system,the system of communication based on USB is designed.The paper completes the USB communication un-derlying design based on STM32 hardware platform andμC/OS-II OS platform,and completes the USB communication design of upper system using C# language.At last,the communication and control system design is finished.The actual results show that the USB com-munication system can improve the reliability and real-time of data transmission,the reliability of connection effectively.
