针对濮阳永金化工有限公司煤制乙二醇装置在高负荷运行情况下出现蒸汽冷凝液外排不畅,严重影响系统正常稳定运行的问题,经过技术论证,对装置凝液系统进行了技术改造,结果表明:仅除氧水和0.5MPa 蒸汽两项每年可节省开支901.962万元,经济效益和环保效益显著。

Under the high load, the ethylene glycol from coal unit can’t ensure good drainage of condensate, which greatly influenced the operation of the unit. Through many technical demonstrations, the technical transformation for the condensate network was implemented. And the result showed that 9 019. 62 thousands yuan could be saved from deoxygenated water and 0. 5MPa steam each year, meanwhile, environmental benefits were significant.
