Trigeminal neuralgia%osseous anatomy%anatomical measurements
目的:通过测量国人经眶入路相关骨性解剖结构的CBCT数据,为临床开展射频热凝治疗三叉神经痛提供参考。方法:对2012年7月-2014年10月间收治60例拍摄头面部CBCT患者进行回顾性研究,采用相关测量软件测量眶下入路解剖结构的相对位置关系并进行统计学分析。结果:左侧眶下缘进针点到圆孔外口的距离:LAE=(46.59±0.15)mm (45.32±0.13mm),右侧距离:(47.13±0.13)mm (46.12±0.10mm);左侧圆孔外口到视神经外口的距离:LAB=(16.7±0.05)mm(16.3±0.06mm),右侧距离:17.1±0.04mm(16.4±0.03mm);左侧进针在垂直方向上的安全角度:α=15.54°±0.02°(15.10°±0.02°),右侧角度:16.12°±0.01°(15.59°±0.03°)。结论:熟悉有关骨性解剖结构相对位置为安全开展射频热凝治疗三叉神经痛第II支病变提供理论依据。

Objective:To measure the CBCT data of the inferior orbital fissure and foramen rotundum approach relat-ed osseous anatomy of the people in our nation so as to provide references for clinical radiofrequency thermo-coagulation treatment on trigeminal neuralgia. Method:To conduct retrospective analyses on the 60 cases of patients who had been hos-pitalized and had taken CBCT on their heads and faces during the period from July,2012 to October,2014,take related measuring software to measure the relative position relationships of the anatomical structure of the orbital approach,and con-duct statistical analysis. Result:The distance from the point on the left infraorbital margin of male(female) where the needle enters to the exterior port of the foramen rotundum:LAE=(46.59 ±0.15)mm (45.32 ±0.13mm),The right distance:(47.13 ± 0.13)mm (46.12±0.10)mm;The distance from the exterior port of the left foramen rotundum to the exterior port of the optic nerve:LAB=(16.7 ±0.05)mm (16.3 ±0.06)mm,The right distance:(17.1 ±0.04)mm (16.4 ±0.03)mm;The safe angle for the needle to enter from the left side of male (female) in the vertical direction:α=15.54°±0.02°(15.10°±0.02°),The right safe angle:16.12° ±0.01°(15.59° ±0.03°). Conclusion:To be familiar with the relative position of related osseous anatomy will provide theoretical basis for safe conduction of radiofrequency thermo-coagulation treatment on V2 trigeminal neuralgia.
