目的：探讨数字化和临床移动网络化心电图检查信息管理系统的优势和价值。方法在研究心电系统框架和技术方案的基础上，阐述临床实时采集心电图，发送、浏览、报告打印一体化模式实施方法及其应用价值。结果在医院内部建立完善的心电检查诊断平台，提高了心电工作人员的工作效率，为临床医生提供了全面的心电图诊断图文报告，缩短了患者的就诊时间。结论建立网络心电图系统实现数字化的集中存储与调阅，使医院心电检查、诊断工作实现数字化、信息化、自动化和规范化。

Objective To investigate the advantages and value of digital and clinical electrocardiogram (ECG) information management system based on mobile network. Methods The implementation methods and application value of integrated mode of real-time acquisition of ECG, send, clinical browse and report printing were described on the basis of studying ECG system framework and technical schemes. Results An impeccable ECG diagnosis platform established in hospital improved the efficiency of ECG staff, provided the overall ECG image-text reports for clinicians, and shortened patients’ waiting time. Conclusion The establishment of networked ECG information management system realizes centralized store and access of data, and achieves digitalization, informationization, automation and standardization of ECG examination and diagnosis.
