伴随着我国人口老龄化和预期寿命的提高,老年人长期护理服务将是未来老龄服务的重点.基于2008年中国健康长寿纵向调查(CLHLS),对影响老年人长期护理模式选择的诸多因素进行回归统计分析.结果表明,当子女提供精神慰藉时,老年人更愿意选择机构式长期护理模式.不能自理程度较低、过去的职业为务农的老年人更愿意选择居家式长期护理模式.同时,城乡老年人对长期护理模式的选择也不同.最后,结合研究得出的观点和结论,探讨了相关政策启示.

With the aging of the population and the increase in life expectancy, long-term care services for the elderly will be the focus of future pension service. Based on the 2008 Chinese Longevity and Health Longitudinal Survey (CLHLS), this paper uses Logistic regression statistical analysis for the factors that affect the elderly long-term care model selection. It draws the conclusion: when children provide spiritual consolation, older people are more willing to choose long-term care institutions type model. The elderly who cannot take care of themselves or famers in the past are more willing to choose the home care model for a long time. At the same time, the urban and rural elderly people's choice of long-term care mode is also different. Finally, combining with the research ideas and conclusions, the paper discusses the relevant policy implications.
