目的：观察耳穴贴压对丙泊酚人流术后宫缩痛的影响。方法选择孕7~9周患者80例，随机分为耳穴组(A组)对照组(B组)。A组，选双耳子宫穴、神门穴、交感穴、皮质下穴、外生殖穴、术前15分钟王不留行籽粘贴，指压穴位至耳廓充血、胀、热、痛感；B组，不予耳穴贴压。两组静脉注射丙泊酚2~2.5 mg/kg，待患者睫毛反射消失开始手术。记录患者一般资料、丙泊酚总用量及术后宫缩痛评分。结果两组间患者一般资料和丙泊酚总用量无明显差异(P>0.05)。A组术后宫缩痛明显轻于B组(P<0.05)。结论术前耳穴贴压能显著减轻丙泊酚无痛人流术后宫缩痛。
목적：관찰이혈첩압대병박분인류술후궁축통적영향。방법선택잉7~9주환자80례，수궤분위이혈조(A조)대조조(B조)。A조，선쌍이자궁혈、신문혈、교감혈、피질하혈、외생식혈、술전15분종왕불류행자점첩，지압혈위지이곽충혈、창、열、통감；B조，불여이혈첩압。량조정맥주사병박분2~2.5 mg/kg，대환자첩모반사소실개시수술。기록환자일반자료、병박분총용량급술후궁축통평분。결과량조간환자일반자료화병박분총용량무명현차이(P>0.05)。A조술후궁축통명현경우B조(P<0.05)。결론술전이혈첩압능현저감경병박분무통인류술후궁축통。
Objective: To investigate the infiuence of treating propofol uterine pain after abortion by auricular Pressure.Methods:Eighty patients who pregnant 7 to 9 weeks were randomly divided into two groups: auricular point sticking group(A) , naive group(B). Group A were treated with ear point taping and pressing therapy. Zigong, Shemen, Jiaogan, Pizhixia, Waishengzhixue were pasted and pressed by Vaccaria seed preoperative 15 minutes, acupressuring to the ear congestion, swelling, heat, pain. Group B were treated with no ear point taping and pressing therapy. Two groups were injected propofol 2~ 2.5 mg / kg, it began to surgery when eyelash refiex disappeared. Recorded with general information of patients, the total amount of propofol and postoperative pain score contractions. Results: General information between the two groups of patients, and the total amount of propofol was no significant difference (P>0.05). The level of pain of group A was signi昀cantly lower than group B (P<0.05).Conclusion: Preoperative auricular point sticking can significantly reduce propofol uterine pain after abortion.
