目的:探究血液灌流与血液透析合用治疗急性药物中毒的效果。方法2008年1月至2013年12月急性药物中毒患者124例临床资料。观察组在常规治疗的基础上,采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的模式,对照组仅使用常规治疗。以治疗效果和治疗前后的血气分析、肝肾功能、凝血功能以及APACHE-Ⅲ评分情况,来分析临床治疗的实效性,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的治愈率为98.4%,住院时间为(6.14±1.63)d,昏迷时间为(7.32±2.01)h,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)含量分别为(0.67±0.19)ng/ml和(0.22±0.20)ng/ml,均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血气指标、肝肾功能、凝血功能以及APACHE-Ⅲ评分情况等均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流与血液透析合用对于急性药物中毒患者的抢救有着重要作用,是值得深入研究的临床方法。

ObjectiveTo discuss the treatment effect of hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis therapy on patients with acute poisoning of drugs.Methods124 acute poisoning of drugs were randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each group from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2013. Observation group were administered hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis therapy and control group were given conventional treatment. Treatment effect,and blood gas analysis,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function in before and after treatment as indexes were evaluated as the clinical effectiveness of the two methods,and statistical analysis was done.ResultsIn observation group,the cure rate was 98.4%,hospital stays was(6.14±1.63)d,coma time was(7.32±2.01)h,concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 were(0.67±0.19)ng/ml and(0.22±0.20)ng/ml respectively. Compared with observation group,there were good uniform for control group(P<0.05). Compared with observation group after treatment,there were better than before treatment in overall indexes,which was much more accurate(P<0.05).ConclusionHemoperfusion combined hemodialysis therapy is an important role for patients with acute poisoning of drugs. This clinical treatment method is worthy of further study.
