老龄服务业是中国老龄产业中起步最早、发展最快的行业,有着巨大的消费市场和发展潜力,具有形成产业集群的突出特点和优势,是老龄产业发展中的优先领域.目前,中国老龄服务业发展迅速,服务产品日渐丰富,服务创新能力不断增强;但仍然存在着市场化程度较低、市场集中度较差、发展不均衡等突出问题,需要进一步加强产业整体发展规划,出台具体扶持政策,加快行业标准制定和服务人才市场培养,扶持龙头企业,培育多层次的老龄服务产业体系.

At present, the China aging service industry has developed rapidly, the service products increasingly rich, its capability of service innovation enhance constantly; but there are still many problems, such as low marketization, low market concentration and the imbalance of the development. We need to further strengthen the industry as a whole development plan, introduce the concrete supporting policies, accelerate the talent market to develop industry standards and service, support leading enterprises, and cultivate the multi-level old-age service industry system.
