目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)与外周血核转录因子(NF-κB)活性及血清还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平之间的关系,分析其在不同程度糖尿病周围神经病变中的变化及意义。方法85例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,分为不存在DPN、轻度、中度、重度DPN4组,健康对照组(N组)38名。测定其血清GSH水平及外周血NF-κB活性,进行统计学分析。结果 T2DM组较N组血清GSH水平下降、NF-κB活性升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。五组间两两比较显示各组间血清GSH水平及NF-κB活性比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并周围神经病变组血清GSH水平较单纯T2DM组下降、NF-κB活性升高,随着周围神经病变的加重,GSH水平显著下降、NF-κB活性明显升高。

목적:탐토당뇨병주위신경병변(DPN)여외주혈핵전록인자(NF-κB)활성급혈청환원형곡광감태(GSH)수평지간적관계,분석기재불동정도당뇨병주위신경병변중적변화급의의。방법85례2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자,분위불존재DPN、경도、중도、중도DPN4조,건강대조조(N조)38명。측정기혈청GSH수평급외주혈NF-κB활성,진행통계학분석。결과 T2DM조교N조혈청GSH수평하강、NF-κB활성승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。오조간량량비교현시각조간혈청GSH수평급NF-κB활성비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 T2DM합병주위신경병변조혈청GSH수평교단순T2DM조하강、NF-κB활성승고,수착주위신경병변적가중,GSH수평현저하강、NF-κB활성명현승고。
ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to investigate the interrelationships between peripheral blood NF-kappa B activity,serum level of reduced glutathione(GSH)and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. In varying degrees of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,analyzing their changes and the significance.Methods85 patients with type 2 diabetes are divided into four groups:without DPN Group,with DPN of mild degree,with DPN of moderate degree,with severe degree of DPN. Normal control(N group)has 38 people.And all subjects determined the serum GSH level and peripheral blood NF-kappa B activity.Analyze the data observed in the study.ResultsThere were significant difference between DM group and N group in GSH and NF-κB(P<0.01). With the degree of peripheral neuropathy aggravated,the serum levels of GSH decreased,and the activity of NF-κB increased .There were significant differences among the five group in GSH and NF-κB(P<0.05).ConclusionsPatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus had higher NF-κB activity and lower serum GSH level,with the degree of peripheral neuropathy aggravated,the serum levels of GSH decreased,the activity of NF-κB increased.
