氨糖胶囊系由氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、硫酸软骨素、碳酸钙和维生素D组成的具有增加骨密度功能的保健食品,为判定其对人体健康是否产生危害,特进行了安全性毒理学评价.依据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》,对氨糖胶囊进行了急性毒性试验和30 d喂养试验.结果表明,氨糖胶囊对雌、雄小鼠的急性经口的最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于20.0 g/kg·bw,根据急性毒性分级,氨糖胶囊属无毒级.连续氨糖胶囊喂养30天,各剂量组动物生长良好,体重、进食量及食物利用率、血液学指标、血生化指标、脏器绝对重量及脏/体比值与阴性对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05);病理组织学检查结果也表明氨糖胶囊对受检脏器无明显损害.因此,根据实验结果,判定氨糖胶囊为安全性保健食品

An'tang capsule was a functional food by increasing bone mineral density which comprising glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate, calcium carbonate and Vitamin D. Inorder to provide scientific basis for rational development and utilization of An'tang capsule ,its dietary safety was studied.Acute toxicity test and thirty-day feeding test set on for An'tang capsule were investigated according to the health food inspection and evaluation of technical specifications. Male and female rats acute oral maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of An'tang capsule was greater than 20.0 g/kg.bw which indicated that it was actually non-toxicity. Furthermore , the results indicated that no significant difference of the rat growth, body weight, food intake and food utilization,rout blood and biochemical index, which indentified that An'tang capsule was safety for human being.
