耐久跑在体育教学中由于比其他项目枯燥,因而学生没有兴趣,学生在思想上和体力上容易产生疲劳.目前有关提高耐久跑兴趣的探讨很多,在某些方面也取得了突破性的进展.然而在提高学生练习中自控能力这个方面的研究还不多见.为此本人借这个机会就自我暗示法在耐久跑教学中如何帮助学生提高自控能力谈一点体会.

In the physical education teaching, boring endurance running more than any other project, so students have no interest in, the students in thinking and physically easy to produce fatigue. The current discussions on improving endurance running interest many, also has made breakthrough progress in some ways. In improving students' practice, however, self-control studies are rare. This article discussed the following problems: in the endurance running teaching, how to use self-suggestion method to help students improve self-control.
