针对宽厚板厂产成品库存缓冲能力不足、超量生产、待验库存量偏高、用户自提比例较高等问题,确定了"生产—销售—质检"三位一体的联动管理模式,采取优化工艺排产、修订完善制度、强化现货市场开拓、调整发运方式等一系列精益管理措施,使三产线合计降低产成品库存21 061 t,减少资金占用7 807万元.
針對寬厚闆廠產成品庫存緩遲能力不足、超量生產、待驗庫存量偏高、用戶自提比例較高等問題,確定瞭"生產—銷售—質檢"三位一體的聯動管理模式,採取優化工藝排產、脩訂完善製度、彊化現貨市場開拓、調整髮運方式等一繫列精益管理措施,使三產線閤計降低產成品庫存21 061 t,減少資金佔用7 807萬元.
