The contradictions issue of dormitory is the most important potential safety risks in our current university, which seriously affects students' study and life. The key milestone is important to properly solve the contradiction issue on Colege Students' dormitory for the construction of harmonious campus. This article analyzes the status and role of headteacher, who plays a significant role to deal with the contradictions, and should pay more attention to the contradictions issue of the colege student's dormitory. Finaly, it is important thing to prevent and resolve the contradictions issue by strengthen the education and guidance.
