Under the new requirements of the new curriculum reform, the center of the original teachers teaching mode has been replaced with the students as the center of teaching mode, "teach the students in accordance of their aptitude" teaching mode has received the widespread attention. This article embarks from the some misunderstandings existing in the junior middle school English classroom teaching, raises the today's popular teaching mode "teach the students in accordance of their aptitude".
